Artisan Coffee located in Akron has two locations on the east and west side. This local coffeehouse offers different roasts from all over the world. They make everything from scratch including the syrups and creams used in coffee. They also believe in fair wages from the farmers they get their ingredients from to their baristas who serve you. They also great food options for lunch and dinner.
It is a great place to study and have meetings. They do offer a conference room that can be reserved for business meetings. They also have a kids corner to keep kids preoccupied if you need a break. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. A wide range of people are regulars at Artisan including business personnel, retirees, and college students. They do have live music events some evenings. I do recommend the french toast latte with almond milk if you want to try a specialty coffee drink.
